Welcome to the most prestigious and respected tattoo show on the planet... The International London Tattoo Convention.
This annual body art expo draws the very best in the business as an elite roster of tattoo artists, vendors, enthusiasts, collectors, and fans descend upon London's Tobacco Docks for a weekend full of inspirational art exhibits, entertainment, celebrities, live tattooing, and musical acts.
Each year, Tattoo Life Magazine organizers strive to upstage the success of the previous extravaganza - and in our humble opinion, they've truly outdone themselves again.
Check out our footage from the weekend below!
Steve Morante (Fudoshin Tattoo & Love Hate London) chips away at a large scale backpiece.
Master tattooers & Henning Jorgensen (Royal Tattoo) and Mike Rubendall (Kings Avenue) work side by side at the London Tattoo Convention.
The Love Hate Social Club booth was seemingly a crowd favorite this year, among a many others.
Action shot of Crez Adrenalink getting busy on this impressive Dragon mural.
A colorful exhibition of Don Ed Hardy's artwork on display was the interest of many tattooers and collectors alike.
Impressive back piece in the making by Chris Crooks
Ross Nagle
Irezumi tattooer Rico Daruma works on a beautiful in-progress sleeve.
We've learned the roster of artists invited to participate is a rather exclusive one, and at maximum capacaity every year.
Beau Brady- Invisible NYC
Ross Nagle- Allstar Tattoo & Love Hate Cork
(and we of course, could not help collecting a few tattoos for ourselves...)
Tim Hendricks - Classic Tattoo
This frontal in-progress piece took a total of 3 convention days - 24 hours to complete. Congrats on winning Best in Show Julien Siebert!
We'd like to extend our thanks to Miki Vialetto, Convention Organizer for allowing us to partake in this special event.
