Fine Artists Take on Tattoos: Jacquelin Deleon

Jacquelin Deleon is an insanely talented illustrator hailing from San Jose, California whose work ranges from clean, black line drawings to beautifully fluid watercolors to otherworldly digital paintings. And the best part? A large majority of Deleon's subjects are super cute, super badass tattooed ladies.

I'll be honest- I'm not sure why she chooses to portray so many tattooed babes. Maybe there's a cool backstory, maybe she has tons of tattoos herself- but let's be real. I have no idea. I searched, and I came up empty. All I know is, Deleon's art is stunningly beautiful and I hope she never stops cranking out (literally, she has a TON of work) these quirky, beautiful, and above all relatable characters for us all to enjoy.
