There are some tattoos out there that are meant to elicit a reaction from their viewer. It could be fear or respect, but when you look at Carla Evelyn's tattoos, you might just find yourself gushing over how cute they are. I know that my first reaction to them was, "OHMYGOSHHOWPRECIOUSISTHAT?!?!!?"
