Phil Wall is an artist based in Leed, UK. He uses the artistic alias, ‘Never Stay Dead’ in his works and as his brand. His works have been featured in Leeds Gallery and famous culture websites like Laughing Squid, Front Magazine, and Creative Boom. Phil likes to combine two of his favorite things — geeky pop culture stuff and tattoos — in a series of custom tattoo flashes he'd like to expand more in the future.
