Anyone who has seen American Beauty can't possibly forget about the bed of roses scene where Lester dreams about Angela in a particularly seductive scene. San Francisco-based photographer took inspiration from the film and the particular scene in a photo series of the same name celebrating the female physique in all shapes, colors, and sizes.

What thrilled us was the evident presence of tattoos in these women. This photo series was meant to depict the way beauty comes in all sorts of types and we love how these beautiful women chose to decorate their bodies with hints of ink here and there. Only goes to show how tattoos made their way to what's considered as norm.
