NFL Hall of Famer John Elway spent 15 years playing quarterback for the Denver Broncos before retiring aged 38 in 1999. During his career Elway cemented his name as one of the finest quarterbacks to ever grace an NFL field with one of the highest winning percentages in national football history with a record of 148–82–1. The Broncos also retired his number 7 jersey in tribute to one of their finest ever players.
