Cavaliers Fan Has ‘2015 NBA Champs’ Tattoo Updated!!

A confident Cavaliers fan has had his ‘2015 NBA Champs’ tattoo updated for 2016! A bold move or another failed display of sporting ink?

Crazy sports tattoos were all the rage in 2015, people were getting bold tattoos to commemorate championship wins that hadn’t even happened yet. 2016 seems to be no different and we’re kicking things off this year with a crazy Cleveland Cavaliers tattoo.

Last year one loyal Cleveland Cavaliers fan could see no reason why the Cavs wouldn’t win their first title in franchise history, the team were flying high and looking on course to claim a trophy. So naturally he got a nice ‘2015 NBA Champs’ tattoo before the season was over. Sadly for him things didn’t go to plan, as the season wore on the injuries came and the championship hopes of the Cavaliers disappeared, but instead of having the tattoo removed he’s had it updated for 2016!!

The date has been cleverly changed from ‘2015’ to 2016′ and the Cleveland city skyline has also been added to the design, making it a tribute to not just the Cavaliers but the place they call home. On a positive note the Cavs seem likely to make it to the finals so maybe this year the fan tattoo will prove right because we really don’t think that six can become a seven!!
