Game of Thrones Stars FINALLY Reveal Matching Tattoos

Update: Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams took to the Primetime Emmy’s red carpet last night in Los Angeles, CA debuting their matching tattoos they got last week in Belfast. The matching ink? The dates they both found out they were cast on Game of Thrones: 07.08.09 *cue collective AWWWWWWWWW*.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Turner said of Williams, “she's one of my best friends in the whole world.” The GoT stars have reportedly been debating a matching tattoo since season one, and even dabbled in the idea of getting matching wolf tattoos (CALLED IT!) before finally deciding upon something a little more discreet, as they weren’t entirely sure how many seasons their characters would live through. Turner said, “Maisie and I were like, 'Let's get these ones before anyone kills us,' which is so possible!"
