Duff got a pretty rad rose tattoo on her arm that is small enough to not make a fuss about, but big enough to know that she's got some ink.

The 28-year-old has-been revealed the tattoo via her Instagram and... wow you're still reading this? You actually care about Hilary Duff's tattoo? Kudos to you. I guess... I guess I need to continue writing this. Uhh... well... here we go....

Dr. Woo, tattoo artist to the stars, did the ink and added Duff to his list of celebrity clientele, which seems to be growing at a rapid pace. If you even consider Duff a celebrity at this point, I mean, can you even name anything she's done in the last 10 years?
