Lionel Messi is one of the most famous soccer (Yes, soccer. I'm American.) players on Earth. His skills on the field are unmatched and he is almost instantly recognizable throughout most of the world. His skills can be seen as he plays for FC Barcelona and Argentina's national team. He's won a multitude of individual awards for his abilities.

He's also showing off some new ink he had done on his leg. Messi got an old tattoo covered up with some pretty intense blackwork that covers a majority of his calf. Looks like he's sporting some blonde highlights and a beard as well. Good on ya, Messi.

Messi covered up his old tattoos, which comprised an assortment of flowers, birds, wings, and a sword with this intense black work. He left his iconic soccer number, a soccer ball, and the handprint of his son, but pretty much everything else is covered up.
